When you submit an enquiry or consultation request on this site, we collect the details you enter into the form — typically your name, WhatsApp number, email address, city, pin code, and your approximate monthly electricity bill. We also receive standard technical information that your browser sends to our hosting provider, such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry: to contact you, to prepare an indicative estimate, to arrange a site visit, and to carry out any installation work you go on to commission. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Enquiries are delivered to our team by email. Information is shared internally, and with the technicians or partners directly involved in delivering the work you have asked for, only to the extent needed to do that work. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.
Cookies and local storage
This site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser so the site looks the same on your next visit. If website analytics are enabled, they may also set cookies to measure aggregate traffic; these are not used to identify you personally.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for as long as needed to support your installation and meet our record-keeping obligations.
